The CDP® leader exemplifies advanced cultural proficiency, as well as demonstrates mastery in helping an organization enrich its approach to equity and inclusion. The professional qualification process is rigorous and globally-recognized. CDP® certification holders are equipped to increase representation of different groups in the workplace, elevate EDI industry best practices, and connect EDI outcomes to business objectives. Each CDP® designee passed a 170-question standardized exam with an 80.0% or greater, and submitted a peer-approved professional work. The level of EDI practice and management is introductory to intermediate.
